Comment: As a retired professional house cleaner I just had to write and tell you how much I love this machine. It's excellent for quick clean ups on hardwood, tile, and linoleum floors. This does not replace your exsisting vacuum or your weekly housework chores of vacuuming and mopping but it does save you from pulling out the big vac every day for small spills and messes. As a mother of an eight month old who crawls from one inch of the house to another, I was mopping my floors every day until the Vac n Mop entered our lives. This machine has saved me time, money, and much needed energy. It's well built,and easy to maneuver under and around furniture with it's swivel head. It's light to carry and stores conveniently on a hook next to the charger. The battery life is strong enough to do several rooms at a time. I read some reviews about how hard it was to find the solution and mopping pads but it says right in the directions that you can use your own favorite cleaning solution and Clorox Ready Mop pads which you can find in any supermarket. This machine is intended for dry pick-ups only. Don't attempt to to vacuum up any liquids or you'll have to clean and dry the filter and collection cup. The suction is great but dont expect it to pick up like your big vac. It's great if your husband walks in with his wet boots on, or if your kids come home with shoes full of sand, or if your pet has the occasional upset tummy. Use your big vac on your carpets and save this for your kitchen, bathroom, and mud room floors. You won't be disappointed.

Comment: I loved this machine. With two Saint Bernards, it did just what I wanted - picked up dog hair - a lot! - and light clean on the floor all in one. Had great functions. I have used it three times a week for the past six months - the problem is that small parts started to break on it right away - it is not made durable enough and now I am starting to look for another machine like this one, but will hold up longer.

Comment: Sorry guys but this mop has some serious problems. I used the vacuum and that worked fine but after just one mop, I woke up the next morning to find an entire new bottle of cleaner all over my floor. I sent it back and I didn't even bother to get a replacment. I read all the feedback and decided even though some of the feedback talks about the leak problem I went ahead and tried my luck anyway. Thanks Amazon for having such a great return policy, you guys rock but this mop does not!
