BucketBoss Extreme Gear Customer Review(s):
Summary: Comfortable and more Rating: 4 (out of 5) Comment: We are commercial door/frame/hardware installers. 2 of us have an Occidental Oxyvest, we all have had conventional toolbelts, and 3 of us have this Big Boss Mullet setup. 3 of us have found it to be very comfortable (big plus!). I am ordering 2 more for our employees that like it as well. I would make some very minor changes, add a small pouch or two over the main bags, We like lots-O-pockets! Sure would like the normal 'claw and square' holder rear left pouch. I've only noticed one other bag by CLC Signature that seems to compare, it is over twice the price! Then there is the Occidental Full Fist setup, looks pretty good, again...price. Been using the bags for a month or so...no major complaints, and quite a lot of praise. If I lost the bags today, I would buy them again tomorrow. That says it all! .........................................................................................................................................................................
Summary: Mullet Buster Comes Up Short and Long Rating: 4 (out of 5) Comment: The mullet buster is an excellent bag for someone size XL-XXXL. For the rest of us (I'm 5'8', 180 lbs), the suspenders are too long for anyone but the big or tall. You either throw them away or look for a creative modification to make them shorter which is what I did. For the money it appears to be a great buy, and it looks like it will hold up pretty well. I just wish it had come with the 'meat hook' as advertised, and that my cell phone actually fit in the cell phone pocket they brag about (fold-up phones only). You get your money's worth, but just don't expect what's in the picture.

Summary: Positives and negatives Rating: 3 (out of 5) Comment: I am a professional carpenter who just recieved the bucket boss mullet buster tool belt today. I have shopped around for a new one for a while and was drawn to this one for several reasons. The set up of the belt system is different from most others and the best set up for me (pockets position etc.) In New England, most of us buy Occedental leather belt systems but they have drawbacks of price (extemely expensive) and set ups are limited.
What I like now that I have the bucket boss belt in hand: What you get for the money is outstanding. The bags appear tough and well stiched. There are a ton of pockets and you can arrange the belt as you like. Lots of velcro to keep everything in place where you set it. tape pocket, hammer holster, big nail bags. excellent all around.
MAJOR DRAW BACKS: 1. There is no BUILT IN 'MEAT HOOK' for cordless tools on the bags I recieved )see the red hook in the photo, it is not there). This was a selling point for me as I have the clip on type of this hook and it constantly pops off and gets lost. I dont know what the story is here but it is not on my belt, and they are still advertising it as a feature.
2. I am 5'9' tall and slim and the suspenders (another option I was looking for) are almost useless. At their tightest setting the bags still droop below where I would like them, I cannot use the suspenders. If you are a bigger guy (taller or with a belly for the suspenders to stretch over) this would likely not be a problem. But am am a regular sized person. The belt and inner belt pad were also HUGE and I had to cut them down to make them fit comfortably. I am not happy to have to cut up a brand new purchase to fit.
So I have the bags, and for the price I will keep them, because I need them for work. But the lack of the built in hook (but still advertised) and the gargantuan suspenders and belt make this a less than exciting purchase. .........................................................................................................................................................................
